Whist Drive - why not come along to this social gathering & try your hand at a game of cards.
This takes place on 1st & 3rd Tuesday every month from 1.30pm onwards.

Self Defence & Martial Arts Class
Come and learn the history of martial arts, some self defence measures & for the adventurous few,
have a try at basic Karate!
4 weekly 1 hour courses starting  7 - 8pm on Thursday 31st January 2019.
Open to everyone over 16 years, at any level of ability or fitness (course is as physical as you want it to be)
2nd Dan Female Instructor (fully insured).
£10 for the full 4 week course (all profits to local charity)
